Our beginners’ course starts on March 7h and ends in mid-May. The course consists of skating practices twice a week, in addition to which you’ll learn about rules and gameplay. The training will take place on Tuesdays (Merilahden peruskoulu) at 17:30-19:00 and on Saturdays (Vuosaaren urheilutalo) at 15:30-17:30.
No previous experience is required. You do, however, need your own gear. We suggest you check out the awesome roller derby store Jam in the Box at www.jaminthebox.com. For second hand gear, you should join the Derbykirppis Rollaattori Facebook group. We are looking forward to seeing you on the track!
